Fractal A Day

Fractal A Day is part of the Fun A Day art show. I created a fractal every day for the month of May 2014. A fractal is any pattern that is self-similar across different scales. These patterns can be found in nature, like the chambers of a nautilus or the branches of a tree. The fractals you see before you were created using a computer program that runs an equation over many iterations and applies colors to the resulting output.
